Integrating your project with the surrounding environment is what we do best.
Civil engineers create, improve, protect and maintain the environment in which we live. They do this by planning, designing and overseeing the construction and maintenance of facilities, pavements, bridges, airports and utility systems such as water, sewer and stormwater systems. Representing our clients, FSB’s civil engineers also work closely with utility companies, city, county, state and federal representatives as well as utility companies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, identify issues at the earliest stages possible and produce the required documentation. Our team’s extensive list of local and national projects illustrates a broad range of experience including site-related work for aviation, commercial, industrial, educational, institutional, Native American, state and federal government projects.
Our civil engineers have produced many impactful designs. From aviation, commercial and educational site work to industrial and public roadway and utility projects, we take a hands-on approach to delivering client-focused solutions. We manage aspects such as programming, preliminary and final design, permitting, utility coordination, right-of-way acquisitions, environmental assessments, remediation, bidding, construction administration and inspection.
FSB’s hydraulics and hydrology experts are responsible for drainage analysis and design, floodplain assessments and studies, environmental impact evaluations, consulting and all other project aspects pertaining to stormwater. They look at the issue from multiple perspectives, with the overall goal of ensuring safe, timely delivery of durable buildings and infrastructure, while minimizing environmental disruption.
