Ponca Enterprise Gaming and Global Gaming Solutions engaged FSB to design the new Fancy Dance Casino north of Perry in Noble County.

The new 10,000 SF Fancy Dance Casino has an approximately 6,600 SF gaming floor which accommodates about 300 games. The casino features a bar and snack bar area, as well as a player’s club and smoke shop. Gaming support and back-of-house spaces to support the facility are also included.

Site development included 200 parking spaces, utilities and drainage/retention/detention and other site improvements to support the new casino.

The Tribe also plans future site development on the 98-acre site including a number of new buildings.
