Approved by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, Boulevard Place will be the newest mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. This development will be surrounded by iconic structures including the future OMNI Hotel, the future Oklahoma City Convention Center and the existing Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Initially designed to accommodate the future demand for workforce housing, the eight-story steel structure has 241 residential units ranging in size from 650 to 1,400 SF, with over 30% of those being offered at affordable rates and multiple different floor plan options. The apartments at Boulevard Place will consist of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units. A number of the apartments will also have private balconies. The interior design of the units will blend modern comforts with luxury finishes.
Boulevard Place offers 22,000 SF of retail space on the ground floor with room for a restaurant on the northwest corner and a daycare on the northeast corner. Other amenities include a private green space courtyard on the south side, two rooftop terraces with a pool, a community kitchen and a fitness area. Accompanying the apartment and retail tower will be an 1,100 space garage which will be built to support an additional 300 spaces if needed.
