Convergence

Working with Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings and Robinson Park Investments, FSB has designed this mixed-use development in the Innovation District to include 400,000 SF of research labs, office and retail space and a hotel.  The pedestrian-centric layout will provide an open-air community environment to support research and innovation in some of Oklahoma’s key industries including aviation, aerospace, bioscience and energy.  A key feature of the project is the proposed MAPS 4 funded Innovation Hall, a central place where activities to grow Oklahoma City’s innovation economy can be facilitated.

Wheeler Labs, a clinical laboratory developing ‘high-complexity diagnostic services’, has committed to being the anchor tenant for this development. The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation are also involved in this transformative expansion.

This world-class showcase for innovation is an economic win for OKC that will further enhance collaboration between industries, academia, business and public sectors.

Construction for the 2.7 acre development is currently underway.
