Convergence is a transformative mixed-use development in the heart of Oklahoma City’s Innovation District, designed to foster collaboration, economic growth, and community engagement. Anchored by The Tower at Convergence, an eight-story office hub housing industry leaders in aerospace, biosciences, and defense, the project brings together research, business, and entrepreneurship in a dynamic, interconnected environment.

At the core of its placemaking vision is Innovation Hall, a public-private initiative that cultivates inclusivity, creativity, and workforce development through shared workspaces, event venues, and a biomanufacturing training center. Surrounding this innovation ecosystem, a reimagined Stiles Park creates a pedestrian-friendly, green space with an open-air amphitheater, seamlessly integrating nature, culture, and collaboration.

Further enhancing the district’s vibrancy and supporting business and leisure, the planned Stiles Hotel will be a seven-story property designed to meet Hilton’s Curio Collection brand standards, featuring two levels of guest amenities and five levels of hotel rooms, totaling 109 rooms. The hotel will include a grand lobby with a staircase, a lobby bar, a fitness center with locker rooms, an event hall, meeting rooms with pre-function space, an outdoor terrace, a sky deck, and a small convenience market near the lobby. The design also integrates tenant shell space for a retail shop and restaurant with a bar. Back-of-house areas will provide support facilities such as locker rooms, a break room, offices, a maintenance workshop, linen storage, and a meeting room. Guest and employee parking will be supplemented by valet service, offering approximately 60 valet spaces, eight curbside spots, and additional garage parking.

Through thoughtful urban design and a focus on experiential placemaking, the Convergence development strengthens OKC’s position as a leader in innovation while fostering a connected and inclusive community.
