Business Development Principal

Laure’s unique skills in establishing and maintaining client relationships continue to be a driving force in FSB’s growth. She develops and leads strategic planning and growth initiatives and is responsible for marketing and communication. Working with principals and firm leadership, Laure helps establish connections, identify business opportunities, market diverse services and explore new markets. She also serves as a mentor, preparing future leaders within the firm.

The first woman appointed to FSB’s leadership as an associate and later the first woman to become a principal of the firm, Laure also serves in the firm's C-Suite. She is a Trustee on the Board of Regents at Rose State College and currently serves on the Board of Leadership OKC Alumni. Recognized for her contributions, she is a past Journal Record Woman of the Year honoree. Additionally, she has made a substantial impact as Chairman of former Governor Mary Fallin’s Feeding Oklahoma program, a successful initiative that raised funds to provide more than 15 million meals to hungry Oklahomans.
