Among her accomplishments during her 20 years of progressive HR leadership and consulting experience, Sara has led executives and clients through organizational assessments and navigated through people challenges to develop strategies related to talent management, organizational development, and effectiveness. She has been named a Strategic Services MVP with a prior consulting firm and is a Society of Human Resources Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
