Scott Preston brings nearly 30 years of leadership and engineering experience from the U.S. Army, where he held senior executive roles in military construction, disaster response, and strategic operations. As a former District Commander for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Tulsa, he led a $500M annual program and oversaw critical infrastructure projects across military installations and civil works. His leadership extended to national security events and emergency response efforts, including coordination with federal agencies, state governments, etc.

A licensed Professional Engineer and certified PMP, Scott is known for building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams that deliver mission-critical results. He holds a TS/SCI clearance and is actively engaged with the Society of American Military Engineers. Scott is passionate about continuing his service by helping federal clients achieve their goals through thoughtful planning, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of the mission.
