Prior to joining FSB, Susan was on the client side with a fortune 500 company and brings an added depth of understanding of each customer’s individual needs and goals. This makes her extremely effective in determining our clients’ exact needs and desires early in the design process, all while working closely with the FSB team to manage the day-to-day details and operations of each design studio.
