This design is for a multi-family housing complex located near I-40 and Sara Road, in Oklahoma City. The property will include housing for a phase one, with a  minimum of 372 apartment units. The apartments will include a mix of studio, one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath units with on-site covered parking. Included in the scope is one clubhouse and associated site amenities.
