Thunderstruck … This NBA Lounge Gets the VIP Treatment

When the management of the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball team decided to update their VIP Continental Resources Courtside Club and make it competitive with nearby new high-end restaurants, they turned to FSB for assistance. Our team went into action, helping pin down major issues with the club’s then eight-year-old layout and décor, and creating plans for multiple different solutions that would maximize seating, improve traffic flow, revive the lighting and create a “wow” factor that draws in patrons.

As an exclusive club catering to Oklahoma City Thunder courtside members and located adjacent to the playing court itself, the lounge features three full-service bars (one centrally located) and plenty of seating. Wood finishes, marble tabletops and a large fireplace create a rich, welcoming atmosphere. A key part of the upcoming renovation includes replacing the existing subdued, golden-tinged lighting with brighter blue- and orange-tinged light fixtures, matching the Oklahoma City Thunder’s team colors.
