The renovation of Caliber Development’s headquarters in Oklahoma City’s Quail Springs Park marks a major milestone for the organization. Established in 2004, the multi-state real estate development company looked to FSB to help strengthen its company culture and provide a healthy, productive workplace that would give its employees and other building tenants a workplace setting geared for success.

Originally built in the 1980s, and with an ideal location just 10 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City, the building needed an overhaul to support and better serve Caliber’s growing number of employees, as well as attract and retain its tenants. The new collaborative workplace thoughtfully addresses the visitor and employee experience, providing a fully designed and integrated user experience and environment. The transformation that FSB provided redesigns the entry plaza, atrium, common areas, bathrooms and elevators to create a more functional, yet inviting, experience. A first-floor deli, plus a large, state-of-the-art fitness room with windows overlooking the central atrium, completes the $4.5 million-dollar project.
