Business Development Principal

Laure’s unparalleled skills in establishing and maintaining client relationships continue to be a driving force in FSB’s growth. She develops and leads strategic planning and growth initiatives and is responsible for marketing and communication. Working with principals and firm leadership, Laure helps establish connections, identify business opportunities, market diverse services and explore new markets. She also serves as a mentor, preparing future leaders within the firm.

The first woman named to FSB’s leadership as an Associate, Laure is now also the first woman Principal of the firm. She is a Trustee for the Board of Regents at Rose State College and a Journal Record Woman of the Year honoree. She also served as Chairman of Governor Mary Fallin’s Feeding Oklahoma program, an initiative which has raised money to provide more than 15 million meals to hungry Oklahomans.
